2 Frequently Asked Questions
After successful payment you receive an order email with your license key and download link within minutes. Check spam/junk. If not received within 15 minutes, email support@cortex.lk with your Order ID.
- Confirm you copied the key exactly (no spaces).
- Check your plan limits (sites/domains). Deactivate unused domains in your account if needed.
- Make sure the site can reach our license server (no firewall/WAF blocks, allowlist your domain endpoint).
- Still stuck? Send your domain, WP version, PHP version, and plugin version to support.
- Verify From email and domain DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are configured.
- Use an SMTP plugin (e.g., Cortex SMTP Mailer) and send a test email.

We target current WordPress LTS and the latest 2 major PHP versions. For best results, keep WP core, theme, and plugins up to date.
Yes—via our payment processors (e.g., PayHere/Onepay) we accept local cards, LankaQR, and most international cards, subject to processor approval and plan settings.
Invoices include your billing name, email, and order details by default. For special fields (VAT number, company name), add them at checkout or email billing@cortex.lk with your Order ID.
Digital products are non-refundable after license delivery. For critical defects within 7 days we’ll attempt a fix or reasonable remedy. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Always test on a staging site first.
- Clear cache/CDN after activation and after major updates.
- Measure with Site Health / Query Monitor to identify conflicts.
- Ensure the payment gateway callback/return URL is reachable (HTTP 200) and not cached.
- Exclude
/checkout/,/order-received/, and any/license/activateendpoints from page cache. - Check WooCommerce → Status → Logs for gateway notices.
With an active license you’ll see updates in WordPress → Plugins. Review the Changelog and back up before updating.

3 Quick Troubleshooting (2–5 mins)
- Update WordPress, our plugin, theme, and required dependencies.
- Disable conflict suspects (temporarily): caching, security, or optimization plugins; then re-enable one by one.
- Purge caches (LiteSpeed/Cloudflare/CDN) and exclude checkout, order-received, and license endpoints from cache.
- Switch to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) on staging to isolate theme conflicts.
- Check logs in WooCommerce → Status → Logs and your hosting error logs.
